Usage Instructions

For a relaxing bath:

Add ½–1 cup (100–250 g) of magnesium flakes to warm bath water and relax for 20 minutes.

For a more intensive bath:

Add 2–4 cups (500 g–1 kg) of magnesium flakes to the water and soak for up to 20 minutes.

For hand and foot soaks:

Dissolve ½–1 cup of flakes in a bowl of warm water and soak your hands or feet for 20 minutes.

Warning:

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of irritation, rinse with plenty of water. Do not apply to damaged or irritated skin.

Storage:

Store in a dry, cool place, protected from direct sunlight.
