Detailed product description

A pleasant, garlic-like aroma with valuable protein content. Shiitake (Lentinula edodes) is a wood-growing mushroom species native to East Asia. It has been used in Far Eastern medicine for thousands of years to support the immune system, particularly after illnesses and radical treatments. Boiled in beef tendon soup, it is useful for maintaining the body's natural defense system. It is a rich source of protein and potassium, its stalk contains plenty of zinc, and it also contains valuable polysaccharides.
After soaking, it can be added to any dish. Consuming 5 mushrooms (approx. 20 g) per day is recommended.
