Gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, and soy-free shortbread cookies with caramel notes. The salted caramel flavor and slightly crunchy texture provide a perfect experience during the day, alongside coffee or tea, but also make a great snack for mid-morning. A vegan product, a compromise-free alternative to traditional biscuits.
Ingredients: gluten-free flour blend /sugar, rice flour, corn starch, potato starch, corn flour, sorghum flour, tapioca starch, potato fiber, raising agent (ammonium hydrogen carbonate), psyllium husk fiber, stabilizer (guar gum), antioxidant (ascorbic acid), emulsifier (sunflower lecithin)/, margarine /vegetable oils and fats (rapeseed, coconut, fully hydrogenated rapeseed, sunflower in varying proportions), drinking water, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), table salt (0.1%), flavoring, food acid (citric acid), coloring (carotenes)/, coconut fat, drinking water, caramel flavor concentrate (1.91%) /caramelized sugar (76%), water, flavoring/, glucose-fructose syrup, table salt (0.81%), coloring (E150a, E150d), flavoring.
