Detailed product description
Casale Paradiso risottos are natural, containing only pure Carnaroli rice and dried vegetables and herbs grown on the company's own land. The risotto contains no preservatives, additives, or flavorings and is naturally gluten-free. No preparation is required, only boiling water, sea salt, and olive oil. Cooking takes 16-18 minutes. Rich in natural flavors, it is ideal for a family meal or as a side dish. The package contains enough for 4 servings. Vegan, allergen-free, gluten-free, lactose-free, salt-free, GMO-free, preservative-free, additive-free. Preparation: Pour the contents of the package into a large non-stick pan and add 1 liter of boiling water (or vegetable stock). Add 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, 2 teaspoons of salt, and begin cooking over medium heat. When the mixture begins to bubble, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer, stirring occasionally. Cook for approximately 16-18 minutes. When the water is absorbed, the risotto is ready. Taste it! If you find it not soft enough, add a little more hot water and continue cooking until the desired consistency is reached. Remove from heat and add butter and grated Parmesan to taste for extra creaminess. Mix well and serve. Storage: please store in a cool, dry place away from light. Reseal the bag after opening. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
