This special carbohydrate-reduced flour blend allows you to bake baked goods containing only 1.5g of carbohydrates based on the provided recipe. You can easily make bread, buns, crescent rolls, or baguettes without the need for proofing or kneading.

As an additional option, this fiber-rich, natural blend can be added to any other flour, allowing you to significantly reduce the carbohydrate content of the given dish.
