Organic dry sourdough starter - wholemeal

Sourdough is one of the oldest types of dough in the world. As early as 4,000 years ago, grains were fermented in Egypt to make sourdough for flatbreads. Lecker's wholemeal sourdough starter gives all mixed and wholemeal breads an excellent texture and a full, fresh taste.

Use: One packet of organic sourdough starter (30 g) is sufficient for 500 g of rye flour (/250 g of wheat flour),
