Blackberry leaf - Rubi fruticosi folium

Can be used as a mouthwash for throat and pharyngeal inflammation.

The tea can be consumed throughout the day; it has no known side effects. Due to its bitter taste, it can be sweetened with honey.

Preparation: Boil 2 teaspoons of blackberry leaves in 1.5 dl of water for a few minutes, then strain. Consume daily as needed.
