Detailed product description
Baking soda is actually the common name for sodium bicarbonate, which we most often encounter in the form of a white, crystalline powder. Naturae Group Edible Baking Soda, which contains ingredients of German origin, can be used in our kitchens in many ways to make preparing our meals easier.
For example, use it by adding it to the cooking water of meats that are difficult to cook, such as beef or game: they will become tender sooner and more easily. You can mix it into the water for vegetables the same way, as, in addition to them softening more easily, they also better retain their color.
You can also use it when making long-lasting whipped cream: just add a pinch of Naturae Group Edible Baking Soda to the cream.
And if you want to bake light-textured cakes, breads, or muffins, mix a little baking soda into the raw ingredients. In these cases, it is necessary to supplement it with some acidic substance, such as a little lemon juice, ascorbic acid, or vinegar. The result is a beautifully baked good with a light texture.
Contains: 100% baking soda (sodium bicarbonate)
