Detailed product description
Made from premium quality plantains grown by local farmers on the Pacific coast of South America, in Ecuador. The bananas are naturally ripened, then hand-picked and selected for the best quality pieces. They are then transported to the processing plant, which is located directly next to the plantations, to ensure the ingredients remain as fresh as possible. Upon arrival at the plant, they are sorted, peeled, and sliced by expert hands. They are then fried until crispy in pure, non-hydrogenated vegetable oil, preserving the banana's natural flavor and nutrient-rich profile. Only sea salt is used for seasoning. It contains no added sugar, artificial flavor enhancers, flavorings, colorings, or monosodium glutamate (MSG), ensuring purely natural flavors.
