The diversity of gut bacteria can affect various areas of health. Tribiotic Metabolism contains 6 friendly bacterial strains. All of these have been widely studied in the context of weight management.
Active ingredients/2 capsules:
Calcium lactate, green tea extract (Camellia sinensis, leaf), capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), Livaux™ golden kiwifruit powder (Actinidia chinensis), Lactobacillus acidophilus coculture (CUL60 and CUL21), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), calcium carbonate, Lactobacillus plantarum, Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis, Bifidobacterium coculture (Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis and Bifidobacterium bifidum), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride). Contains 20 mg of caffeine per 2 capsules.

Dosage: Take 2 capsules daily with plenty of liquid, during or after a meal. Do not exceed the stated dose. This product contains EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate); do not consume other products containing green tea on the same day and do not exceed 800 mg of EGCG per day. Should not be taken on an empty stomach. Do not swallow the capsules with hot drinks, as heat destroys the bacteria.
