Wild pansy - Violae herba cum floris
- Wild pansy herb has mild diuretic, vascular cleansing, and blood-purifying effects. It is also recommended for the prevention and complementary treatment of atherosclerosis.
- Due to its mucolytic effect, it is an excellent expectorant and decongestant. Its consumption is recommended for respiratory infections accompanied by a cough.
- For acne-prone skin, as well as for the treatment of eczema and psoriasis, it is recommended both as a wash and for internal consumption.
Preparation: Pour 2.5 dl of boiling water over 1 level teaspoon of tea herb and let it steep for 5 minutes. Strain and consume 2-3 cups daily.
