Selected Hass variety from Kenya

The oil comes from the premium Hass avocado variety grown in Kenya, where ideal climatic conditions prevail. This variety is one of the tastiest and has a high potassium and vitamin content – especially vitamin E, which helps protect cells from oxidative stress.

Positive effect on heart function

The oil also stands out for its high content of monounsaturated fatty acids. By replacing at least part of the saturated fats with unsaturated ones, we can contribute, for example, to maintaining proper blood cholesterol levels.
