Made from fresh Italian tomatoes

The tomatoes come from the pristine Mugello area, also known as the "green lung of Tuscany." The unique conditions give the tomatoes an intense flavor that is not affected by any pesticides or GMOs. In the purée, you will find only fully ripened tomatoes, which are pulped and carefully blended until smooth.

How to use the passata?

Thanks to its more liquid consistency, the passata is practically a ready-made sauce. We recommend seasoning it with basil or rosemary, for example, and you can also add cheese or meat. There are no limits to creativity. It goes perfectly with all kinds of pasta or gnocchi.

Environmentally friendly production

The fully ripened tomatoes are picked by hand and, thanks to the proximity of the fields to our processing plant, can be processed within 24 hours of harvest. The passata remains much fresher and tastier than traditional versions, and it also reduces the impact on the environment. Furthermore, green energy is used throughout the entire production process.
