Detailed product description

Yerba Mate tea is native to South America. It was traditionally known by indigenous people as the "herb of the gods," while today’s Gauchos refer to it as "cowboy coffee." Due to its high caffeine content, we recommend consuming it in the morning.

Preparation: It is recommended to steep in 70-80°C water (water hotter than this can burn the tea, which significantly reduces its enjoyment). Traditionally, the gourd is filled 2/3 to 3/4 with mate, but we suggest starting with 1-2 teaspoons to try it. The tea can be re-steeped multiple times.
